Swimmers

In the series Swimmers, Renata merges ceramics with discarded plastic collected from the streets and her own home. The pieces celebrate the joy and freedom of being in the water, while also confronting the viewer with the urgent issue of plastic pollution. Her work reflects a deep passion for water and swimming, as well as her sensitivity to form and color.

Combining clay and plastic presents both technical and conceptual challenges, but Renata embraces this contrast to highlight the tension between natural beauty and human impact. The series invites reflection on a global problem that still lacks clear solutions.
